- Payment timing
- Payment is taken upon initial subscription, then automatically on each monthly renewal date. The actual debit date depends on your card issuer.
- Availability
- Premium features are available immediately after payment is completed.
- Term and automatic renewal
- The Service is billed monthly. The subscription automatically renews for another month unless you cancel.
- Cancellation
- Cancel from My Account in PokerLift no later than the day before the next renewal date. Premium features remain available until the end of the paid subscription period.
- Returns, cancellation and refunds
- Because this is a digital service, returns and refunds for customer convenience are not available after service begins. No prorated refund is provided for cancellation during a subscription period. Duplicate payments or serious service defects attributable to the Company are handled individually.
- System requirements
- A computer or smartphone capable of using a current version of Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge or a similar browser. JavaScript and cookies must be enabled, and an internet connection is required.
- Service notes
- The Service is for learning Texas hold’em rules and strategy online. It provides no monetary wagering, cash-out, prizes or gifts. In-game chips have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, cashed out or transferred. See the terms of service for other conditions.
